I guess over the last 3.5 years that I have had my sisterlocks I've really LOVED the ease and styling options, but I have been really disappointed with the total lack of any growth whatsoever I paid $1100 to get my sisterlocks put in with my 13-15 inches of natural hair, thinking in a few years I'd have super long locks, but it just hasn't come true for me and I'm really sad about it. But other than that I really do love them. I just really wish they would grow. At all.
sigh.

Nice pics, I wonder if the lack of growth has to do with styling breakage? You seem to have two layers of length, but I'm no expert on locs ;)
Hi they look Wonderful. I always thought sister locks were smaller/thinner. Those are a very nice size (plump). Most times when I see sisterlocks they look like dry spaghetti.
