I am making this blog to chronicle my life as I go forward. I have been napptural/natural for 7 years give or take and am now ready to start my lock journey with sisterlocks. I wanted to start a blog to record my journey as well as to have a place to talk about my passions such as my relationship with my God and friend, Jesus Christ, my wonderful family, my obsession with Haiti, and my amazing friends.

Some Lo-Fi Cell Phone Previews...

Here are a couple of terrible quality photos I took with my cellphone today because my Mom in Ottawa insisted on having immediate pictures instead of waiting until I got home to upload the ones from my camera! I will put the rest up soon, but for now, here are the pictures of how I wore it today and yesterday to work. Half up and half down. I really like it, but I'm wondering if maybe I should wear it all up to protect the ends? I don't really know! I know the mentality of how to care for sisterlocks has to be a little different than caring for loose hair since the idea is to encourage it to lock... hmm.

Your locks are BEAUTIFUL! I loved the pictures of your natural hair before the Sisterlocks too. I hope you enjoy your journey. The first year brings so many changes to your locks that you'll be happy you started the blog to chronicle your progress.
